Job Title : Event Production Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Production Specialist to manage the technical aspects of high-end special events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and preparing all events, including creating gear and crewing lists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of event video, lighting, sound, and rigging production, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and production staff.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Working closely with our production team to design and prepare all events
• Performing site visits with clients and event teams
• Coordinating with our freelance technical staff on what is expected of them for each job
• Ensuring a smooth onsite working environment by coordinating with related vendors
• Overseeing production staff on event locations and ensuring client production needs are met
