• La formación práctica y teórica. Seguimiento continuo de los tutores y demás personas con las que colaborarán.
• Cafés con personas trabajadoras referentes de la compañía con los que podrán profundizar en áreas de interés y su desarrollo.
• Participación en proyectos en los que podrán demostrar todas las habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos durante su trayectoria y formación en Biogen.

Esta práctica se integra en el área de Acceso al Mercado, cuyo objetivo es velar por el acceso y la financiación de los tratamientos del portafolio de Biogen en el sistema público de salud.Durante esta práctica se prestará apoyo y se formará en las áreas de financiación de medicamentos y fijación de su precio en el Sistema Nacional de Salud, en la coordinación con la administración pública a nivel de las Comunidades Autónomas y gerencias hospitalarias, la generación y diseminación de la evidencia disponible, y las dinámicas internas entre funciones corporativas en la industria farmacéutica.

Asimismo, participará en preparar las negociaciones de financiación y acceso de nuevos tratamientos de enfermedades raras neurodegenerativas, apoyará la preparación de encuentros con farmacéuticos de hospital y gestores del sistema sanitario, tendrá la oportunidad de estar en contacto y trabajar con equipos internacionales, y también de trabajar de forma cross funcional con todas las áreas de la afiliada española.
