Project Finance Specialist

Opdenergy is a leading independent renewable energy producer with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America. We have over 19 years of experience developing, building, financing, managing and operating high quality renewable energy projects across several countries.

We are currently seeking a Project Finance Specialist to support our global projects in Madrid. This role will be responsible for providing financial analysis and expertise to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end execution of complex Project Finance transactions at an international level.
• Analysis of investment / divestment opportunities in renewable energy projects.
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements with financial institutions.
• Oversee and validate detailed financial models and valuation analysis for project funding and investment decision-making.
• Manage external advisers throughout the financing process.
• Prepare strategic documents, financial presentations, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
• Collaboration with the Financial and Business Area teams.
• Preparation and oversight of analysis and monitoring documents for internal Committees.
