We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Human Resources Manager, reporting directly to the COO. This is a part-time role (20 hours / week) based in our Barcelona office.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all HR practices and processes. The role involves implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with company goals and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws. The HR Manager will handle employee relations and professional development, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Overseeing performance appraisal programs to support employee development, engagement, and productivity.
Identifying training needs and creating development programs to address skill gaps.
Monitoring and reporting HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, and employee satisfaction.
Managing the HR budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Spanish employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
