Logistics Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving daily execution and long-term improvements in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and optimizing all operational activities on site. This includes supervising warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, and maintaining high standards of order, cleanliness, and safety across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve clear expectations, ongoing training, and performance management.
• Evaluate and implement strategies to maintain food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety standards.
• Oversee product movement in / out of temperature-controlled chambers to ensure integrity and traceability.
• Authorize and verify the use of machinery and equipment according to training and safety standards.
• Act as the operational point of contact for customer-related issues, ensuring timely and professional handling.
