Data Analyst

Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) is a business unit within Zurich Insurance Group, dedicated to supporting multinational customers in structuring global employee benefits solutions that cover local and / or international employees across multiple countries. ZGEBS manages and operates captive, pooling, and International Program (ZIPE) solutions, which combine local insurance policies—provided by local Zurich units or external partners—into reinsurance arrangements for multinational clients. These offerings include coverage for employee benefits insurance risks such as death, disability, accident, and medical coverage.

The Data Analyst collaborates across functions with Sales, Underwriting, and Finance to deliver key services to our global customers, including portfolio analysis and performance reporting.

They should thrive in dynamic teams, leveraging skills, capabilities, and a willingness to support each other.

Your role

As a Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include :

• Managing relationships and activities related to Network Partners and Customers
• Producing professional data analytics and reports for Customers and Network Partners
• Streamlining processes and data analysis to ensure high delivery standards
• Proactively monitoring and improving customer satisfaction through relevant metrics
• Establishing best practices to optimize end-service delivery
• Ensuring financial and accounting closings are performed timely
• Collaborating with teams and Subject Matter Experts to identify data sources, develop, and improve operational and customer reports
