Position Summary :
The Growth and Pricing Manager, ClearCorrect (GPM, CC) is a strategic position responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives for the global Ortho Franchise at Straumann Group. The GPM, CC will focus on assessing gaps and opportunities, and developing and executing initiatives to optimize customer lifecycle, expand market share, and increase revenue. This includes developing pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, customer care, regional and country commercial organizations, and other business units.
The GPM, CC is a global role to drive the growth of Straumann’s orthodontic business. Reporting directly to the IDT Global Head of Finance, this role requires some presence in the markets with 20-40% travel required.
This highly strategic role requires a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to impact-oriented execution. Being able to formulate a vision, translate it into specific and pragmatic execution plans and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-paced, high growth matrix organization will be key to success.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Manage growth initiatives, and lead change management across a global matrix organization, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
- Analyze complex data sets, synthesize and visualize findings, conduct gap and opportunity assessment, and develop and implement growth initiatives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Design and implement strategies for optimizing customer growth and lifecycle management, including acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Develop and implement global pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market penetration while aligning with regional market dynamics
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer care, and product development to drive growth initiatives
- Lead transformation initiatives to align the organization with strategic priorities, fostering data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and innovation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including region and country heads, customers, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support
Your profile :
Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience with some in strategy consulting, growth strategy, business development, or related fieldsMBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in using data to inform strategic decisionsExperience in developing actionable strategies and managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global matrix environmentFamiliarity with the dental, MedTech, or healthcare industry is an asset; knowledge of orthodontics or clear aligner businesses is a strong plusExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsResilient, results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of driving change in a dynamic environmentWilling to travel 20-40% including internationallyYour skills :
