HR Operations Lead Iberia

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Operations Lead to join our HR team. As part of the HR Operations Team you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various HR functions with a focus on payroll administration and other collective agreement key processes for our organization in Spain.

Responsibilities :

• Legal compliance and accuracy in payroll and compensation.
• HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• E2E Employee Lifecycle Management (from contract generation & onboarding until the exit management).
• Employee attendance Support employees with quality and answer queries / request in a timely manner.
• Update processes & policies accordingly the legal updates in labour Social Security or taxes.
• HR reports and dashboards - Develop and maintain HR / KPI dashboards. Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Training administration.
• T&A system management.
• Compensation round operation.
• Expat and relocations management.
• Manage the vendors relationship.
