We are seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, specializing in customer service and sales activities. This role is based in Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading direct insurance company.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.
• Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

This is a full-time position (40 hours / week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. You will receive comprehensive training, a Portuguese employment contract with bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.

Relocation support includes furnished accommodation, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance for a seamless transition to Lisbon.
