Job Title : Brand Director South Europe
Location : Barcelona (with travel across Italy, Spain, Portugal)

Main Purpose of the Role
Lead and orchestrate the brand, product, and marketing strategy across Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy), ensuring coherence with global guidelines and local execution excellence. Translate global vision into regional strategies while ensuring local execution, in strong alignment with local commercial needs and priorities. Elevate brand desirability, and drive sustainable business growth through 360° marketing planning, activation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Translate global brand and go-to-market strategies into actionable regional plans.
- Define and implement a yearly marketing calendar, campaigns, and product launches across all channels.
- Ensure local implementation of such strategies and plans in each market.
- Ensure full alignment with commercial priorities, market potential, and brand equity development.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure strategies are meeting the business needs of each market and are well understood by all team members.
Product & Assortment
Act as regional point of contact for category management, ensuring accurate and timely product launches.Develop local product strategies, NPD recommendations, and assortment plans aligned with sales and category objectives.Follow up on product performance and rationalize the portfolio.Communication & Brand Activation
Define and implement a yearly communication calendar.Lead regional marketing activations : PR, influencer campaigns, media, events, trade marketing, and social content, both in digital and traditional channelsEnsure full local execution and ROI follow-up of all campaigns.Guarantee brand consistency across countries while integrating local market nuances when needed.Team Leadership
Manage and develop the Southern Europe marketing teams : define roles, objectives, and capabilities (direct in Spain, dotted line in Italy)Act as coach and mentor; ensure clear task delegation and effective cross-functional collaboration.Internal & External Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main marketing point of contact for Global / Europe marketing teams, ensuring regional needs are voiced and met.Partner actively with the local teams (market leads, retail teams, sales and digital teams) for coherent brand execution, and to align marketing actions with business targets and retail calendars.Represent the brand in key meetings with customers, agencies, press, and internal presentations.Performance & Reporting
Ensure local marketing budgets reflect the brand priorities and manage their execution, in alignment with local Finance teams and local budget main owner.Be responsible for ROI of marketing investments.Define and track KPIs to measure local implementation success. Draw key learnings and communicate them to the relevant audiences to ensure constant brand development and process improvement.Report regularly to regional MD and Group marketing.Track and report country-level performance metrics to ensure accountability and support market-specific improvements.Skills & Qualifications
10+ years in marketing roles in premium / luxury or consumer goods, with a strong retail component.Experience in product marketing, trade marketing, PR and communication, digital activationPossess a strategic mindset and vision while being able to take a hands-on approach and work side-by-side with the teamsAbility to work across culturesFluent in English, Spanish and ItalianLiterate in digital marketing and e-retail levers, to be able to drive growth of brand equity in those channelsConfident user of technology tools : MS Office, AI solutions.Behaviours & Competencies

Travel and field presence - The position requires frequent travel, mainly within South Europe. Regular visits to each country and key retail locations are expected to ensure a deep understanding of local dynamics and reinforce trust with the teams.
