Head of Human Resources

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at Gimaguas located in Barcelona. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, handling employee relations, and overseeing all HR functions.

It will also hold the position of Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong employee relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
