About the role

The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to provide subject-matter expertise on the scoping and design of innovative product solutions.

You'll be the point of contact in relation to horizon scanning and regulatory mapping, providing support to the team lead, and interacting with stakeholders across the business to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Leading regulatory mapping and horizon scanning processes across a group of 30+ global entities, ensuring timely identification and impact assessment of new and evolving regulations
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors responsible for regulatory horizon scanning services, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs
• Supporting the compliance function across the group by developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal regulatory change procedures
• Rewriting and managing regulatory procedures, from drafting through to approval and publication, including updates to training materials
• Coordinating and delivering training programmes to upskill compliance teams on new or updated regulatory requirements
• Setting and tracking KPIs across compliance teams, including defining targets, calculating metrics, monitoring performance, and resolving blockers
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in compliance activities and reporting
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and committees by providing regular updates and insights on regulatory changes and process improvements
• Overseeing the onboarding of newly regulated entities into the regulatory change framework on a quarterly basis
• Acting as a key point of contact for help desk queries, regulatory change requests, and issue resolution processes
