MAIN TASKS :
- Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Provide technical leadership in projects, leveraging comprehensive platform knowledge to meet functional demands.
- Identify and notify risks affecting project and client profitability.
- Ensure project scope, schedule, and cost are managed effectively, alerting managers to deviations.
- Achieve technical objectives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
- Assist in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
- Participate in technical team development, training, and mentoring.
- Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities and methodological improvements.
- Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
At least 3 years in full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.Experience with Salesforce modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Knowledge of agile methodologies.Proficiency in English.WHAT WE OFFER :
