Salesforce B2B Back-End Technical Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading the development and customization of Salesforce B2B solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and enhance business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing custom back-end solutions on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards within the team. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Development and Customization : Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with platform requirements and industry standards. Identify potential risks during the development phase and implement mitigation strategies. Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance and efficiency. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Salesforce needs.

Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce B2B implementations. Technical Skills : Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, such as Flow Builder and Process Builder. Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST / SOAP APIs. Certifications : Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, are highly desirable. Leadership and Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Independent Work : Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. English
