Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing data architecture roadmaps, defining scope, priorities, and timelines, and managing technical debt.
• Creating architectural solutions that encompass technology, security, licensing, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Reviewing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and strategic goals.
• Driving product innovation and proposing designs for quick wins and benefits.
• Supporting testing phases to ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
• Leading community practices by providing mentorship, training, and thought leadership.
