The Role

We seek a proactive individual focused on quality to provide first-class end-to-end payroll processing in our Payroll department at the West Lake Office. This role supports the team in achieving its mission and responsibilities, ensuring employee output and meeting business objectives.

Key Duties

  • Manage efficient end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries and / or entities using the ADP Celergo platform.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data consistency across HRIS and Payroll platforms.
  • Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies accurately; research, troubleshoot, and respond to inquiries related to EMEA payroll from various departments and employees.
  • Support and maintain effective relationships with ADP Celergo and in-country partners.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and legislative requirements in all payroll activities.
  • Document and maintain in-country payroll processes and procedures.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements and payroll enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of payroll experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; basic Internet research skills preferred. Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and ADP is advantageous.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills.
  • Special Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance areas.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and ADP payroll systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, resolve complex issues, and reconcile detailed data.
  • Knowledge of IRS and state record retention regulations.
  • Stay composed under stress and remain committed to tasks.
