Sales Development Representative - German Market

Descripción del trabajoSchedule and lead discovery meetings. Understand prospects' needs and challenges. Demonstrate the added value of our services. Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch. Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs. Phone Interview with Alexandre, Talent Acquisition Manager , to get to know us! Interview with Jérémy , Head Of BDR , to get to know you! Interview with Jérémy and Giulia , Team Lead DACH , to evaluate your skills! Reference Check & Job Offer. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Fluent in German and English. Spanish is a plus. At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job). Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Active listening and proactive mindset. Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented. Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships. Working Hours : Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Flexibility : Work from home on Fridays. Your Main Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
- Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.
