Procurement Specialist with fluent Spanish and English (MADRID)

Procurement Specialist

to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.

Major Responsibilities of the Position : 1. Supplier qualification Potential supplier information collection, identification, on-site visit . Documents, materials regarding qualification preparation and report to PMC (Procurement Management Committee) Qualification documents collection, sign and archive . SBI (Supplier Information Management System) / SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) operation 2. Supplier selection Selection strategy initiation, report and selection implementation and selection result report. Contract drafting, negotiation, review, signing and archive. SSM (Supplier Selection Management ) / SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) 3. Procurement execution Purchase Order(PO) creation, review ,issue, check, archive and tracing. Trace and implement the change of PO 4.Management supplier Benchmark, resource pool ,daily affairs management Supplier performance review Action plan trace and close 5. Internal control

Position requirements :

At least 1 years sales / MKT / Procurement experience in international company. Good understanding on MKT categories, experiences in agency account or procurement position is highly preferred. Be familiar with the procurement process (such as supplier certification, selection, etc.), and can perform independent; Be familiar with the knowledge of legal, financial, tax, finance, trade, and can be used in the actual procurement work; Procurement business insight, strong analytical and negotiation skills. Integrity, team work, accept business travel arrangements Professional knowledge of Spanish and English languages.

Conditions of the position Contract Type : Indefinite whit us. Location : Madrid. 100% on-site. Schedule : Full time from Monday to Thursday from 09 : 30 to 18 : 30 and Friday from 09 : 30 to 16 : 00 with the breaks established by law. Salary range : 21.000- 33.000€ brutos anuales. 200 per month in restaurant card.
