What are we looking for?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for many of the world’s largest companies. With a focus on Financial Services Organizations, this successful candidate will work directly with the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing large-scale software solutions for large enterprises. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage project portfolio by establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout multiple projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans that define scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Manage client-focused services relationships daily.
  • Establish communication with all stakeholders on technical or functional specifications.
  • Manage risks associated with each phase of the project lifecycle, including identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards through regular reviews at various stages during development cycles (e.g., design review meetings).
  • Coordinate activities between internal departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and high-quality results.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Considerable (8+ years) of software implementation experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
