Functions

The candidate will focus on policy processing, supporting customer service delivery, and meeting global network service level agreements.

The position is clerical and involves teamwork, responsible for policy maintenance, processing, and recording quality business data.

You will work closely with other internal departments to provide high-quality service to customers.
