Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.

Join our team as an Account Executive at an international boutique technology firm representing market leader Planview. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building their own pipeline and driving outbound sales efforts. If you are a high-energy, motivated individual with expertise in Enterprise SaaS Solution Sales, and enjoy putting customer strategy into action, this is the right opportunity for you.

We are looking for a proactive, consultative sales professional who can identify and anticipate the evolving needs of prospects and clients. You will be responsible for developing and growing relationships through strategic outbound prospecting and upselling activities. The ability to manage multiple large accounts, execute targeted campaigns, and independently drive new business is key to success in this role.

Your territory includes LATAM, Spain, and ANZ (Australia and New Zealand), where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by expanding Planview’s footprint in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

Own your pipeline by designing, executing, and following through on laser-focused outbound campaigns targeting high-level executives in key accounts.

Generate new business opportunities and drive deals to closure within an enterprise sales process.

Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through a combination of outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.

Maintain daily call and email outreach volumes to engage new leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Conduct consultative sales conversations, providing value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.

Utilize Pipedrive CRM to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and new contacts from outbound campaigns.

Engage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term value and growth within their Planview solutions.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS Sales and Account Management, with experience in outbound prospecting and self-driven pipeline generation.

Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate business and technical value to key stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a self-starter mentality.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Pipedrive or other modern sales tech tools to track and optimize sales processes.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
