Lead and mentor DFT and Post-Silicon engineering teams.Define and implement DFT architectures to enhance testability, debug capabilities, and manufacturability.Ensure seamless integration of DFT features.Optimise DFT methodologies to minimise test time, reduce cost, and improve yield.Define automated test solutions for production and characterisation.Ensure optimal test coverage across all product development stages, from pre-silicon to mass production.Work closely with design, validation, packaging, and operations teams to ensure seamless testing and manufacturability.Key Skills :
