• Talking to customers every day - via phone, email and sometimes chat. Your goal? Understand their needs, solve problems and deliver world-class service.
• Identifying customer needs - and matching them with the right solution. You work actively in a smart and personal way, and build loyalty.
• Work data-driven - follow up on KPIs and resolution rates. You like to see results - and you like to improve them.
• Teamwork makes the dream work - you are part of a close-knit team that pushes each other and has fun together, even under pressure.
• Refining the customer journey - by capturing feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve our service and processes.

Location : Fuengirola, Spain.

Start date : May.

Type of employment : Permanent (with 1 month probation).

Salary : 1600 € - 1800 €

Bonus : Up to 300 € monthly.
