Position : Head of Marketing
Role Overview :
Lead the marketing efforts in a global FinTech company. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and enhance brand recognition. Your mission is to create innovative campaigns that attract new users and strengthen the company's market position. You will work on improving the company's image and driving growth using modern marketing tools and approaches.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve campaign goals.
- Lead & motivate the marketing team for high performance.
- Track & optimize marketing performance across channels using KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Leverage data & analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve campaigns.
- Manage & report on marketing activities demonstrating progress towards objectives.
- Oversee all marketing channels focusing on engagement and ROI.
- Manage content creation & distribution across platforms to maintain relevance.
- Drive international market expansion through strategic initiatives and brand building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis for strategic planning.
- Manage event logistics for effective brand representation at conferences.
- Maintain & update key marketing resources for easy access to information.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years in a marketing leadership role, with at least 5 years of overall marketing experience, including international experience.Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth within FinTech.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC) and analytics.Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to motivate and develop teams.Data-driven decision-making skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and ROI.Excellent written and verbal English skills; Russian language skills are a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with project management methodologies.A passion for technology, innovation, and creative marketing solutions.Benefits :
