Vice President Role
We are seeking a Vice President with at least 6 years of relevant Investment Banking / sell-side M&A experience.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with demonstrated ability to conduct business transactions in Spanish.
- Ability to originate and lead transaction execution on 4-5 deals simultaneously, focusing on sell-side mandates.
- Experience in managing multiple deal teams and transactions end-to-end, including preparing Information Memorandums and financial models, participating in management / buyer meetings, negotiating offers, and managing due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Strong relationships with PE / VC funds and fundraising experience are advantageous to help expand TH's technology and fundraising practice.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Experience in preparing Information Memorandums.
- Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision.
- Negotiation skills for offers, deal structures, transaction documents, and key deal elements in M&A and fundraising processes.
- Team player with the ability to work in a globally dispersed team.
- Flexibility to travel across Europe.
Responsibilities
Execute transactions end-to-end, including preparing pitches, Information Memorandums, and financial models.Perform target and acquirer screening.Participate in management / buyer meetings, handle Q&As, and negotiate offers.Assist in drafting and evaluating legal documents such as NDAs.Facilitate buyer and seller interactions (organizing roadshows, conference calls, etc.).Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process.J-18808-Ljbffr
