At Factorial we're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who’s not just passionate about growth—but ready to design it, deliver it, and even help build the tools that power it . If you're excited about shaping learning strategies, working cross-functionally, and influencing product features that support people development, keep reading.

The Role :

This role is a unique mix of strategic L&D ownership and hands-on contribution to product development . You won’t just implement learning programs—you’ll help shape the way our platform supports learning, development, and employee growth.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Designing and delivering scalable, high-impact learning programs (onboarding, soft skills, leadership, etc.).
• Leading onboarding experiences that set the tone for growth and belonging from day one.
• Partnering with managers and team leads to assess needs and build tailored development pathways.
• Ensuring compliance and value capture through FUNDAE : managing all training actions, documentation, and optimization of eligible programs.
• Measuring effectiveness of learning initiatives and using data to improve content, formats, and delivery.
• Working closely with the Product team to provide user insights, test features, and help design a best-in-class training experience within our platform.
• Contributing to global initiatives such as internal mobility, career pathing, and mentoring frameworks.
• Supporting other People projects, especially in a scaling environment where agility and collaboration are key.
