Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially savvy Portfolio Loan Monitoring Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of loans and credit facilities for renewable energy projects in Spain. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating ongoing credit risk, tracking covenant compliance, and ensuring the long-term performance of financed assets across solar, wind, battery storage, and other clean energy technologies.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS Finance) or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in loan portfolio management, credit analysis, or project finance, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, loan agreements, project finance structures, and credit risk assessment.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with loan monitoring tools or systems (e.g., Moody’s Risk Analyst, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English , including the ability to summarize complex financial issues clearly
Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, storage, etc.) and associated revenue models (e.g., PPA, merchant exposure).
Experience with loans, subordinated / mezzanine debt, or syndicated loan structures.
Prior exposure to ESG risk monitoring and sustainability-linked loan reporting.
