Position Overview :
The Medical Services Specialist provides customer-focused support, serving as the primary resource for inquiries related to products and services. Utilizing healthcare experience and product / disease state training, the specialist communicates effectively via telephone, email, and written communication, handling a wide range of subjects including product information, pricing, patient education, and adverse experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer inquiries to successful resolution.
- Provide accurate product and disease information within guidelines.
- Deliver world-class customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Communicate messages and product information to healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Evaluate and escalate calls as needed.
- Respond to non-phone inquiries (email, fax).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
- Record customer interactions accurately.
- Share insights and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Dutch and French (C1 / C2), English B2+.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in a call center and medical customer service preferred.Proficiency with IT, databases, and PCs.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Additional Information :
