The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working in a broad role spanning the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle their temporary recruitment requests.
- Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
- Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief third-party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding and contractor activities.
- Manage local relations with the client and recruitment agencies.
- Check, upload, and track invoices and approvals for payment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies.
- Monitor achievement of local service level agreements.
- Provide statistical analysis support and perform other duties as required by the client.
- Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager.
Qualifications
Proficient in Dutch, Italian, and English.Experience in staffing industry preferred but not required.Human Resources experience preferred but not required.Ability to handle confidential issues.Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, interpersonal, and presentations in English.Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.Detail-oriented, critical thinker, problem solver.Understanding of financial data and invoicing.Strong communication and customer service skills, with leadership ability.Proven experience in programme expansion or cross-selling within clients is a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
