We’re hiring a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead content, paid ads, and community engagement for Crease, The Release Day, and future brands in our portfolio.

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder.
You will :
- Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads
- Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.)
- Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence
- Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts
- Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats
- Share weekly insights and content performance reports
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brandsStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads a plus)Excellent written English for captions and community interactionsAble to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST)Bonus Points For
Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewearExperience managing or growing a digital brand communityLight graphic design or email marketing experiencePreferred Locations
Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8)
