Responsibilities :
- Daily contact with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business sector.
- Consult with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Use client data to offer custom recommendations.
- Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers aimed at increasing customer revenue.
- Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and sales activities.
- Regularly gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our advertising products.
