We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to drive innovation and leverage machine learning and data-driven solutions to solve strategic business challenges.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, physics, engineering, or a related field, with around 4-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist. The role involves developing predictive models, advanced analytics solutions, and visualization tools for internal teams and end customers.

  • Develop predictive models, advanced analytics solutions, and visualization tools for internal teams and end customers.
  • Conduct complex analyses for business stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Own the feedback loop for testing and improving machine learning models.
  • Design, propose, and measure A / B tests for product features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance different stages of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and infrastructure teams to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions.
  • Serve as a technical representative when engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies, processes, and systems to optimize efficiencies and business performance.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends in data science, machine learning, and technology.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements

  • BSc / BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Around 4-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical analysis into business insights.
  • Extensive experience with Python and data visualization frameworks (e.g., Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Solid understanding of clean code principles and version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
