Job Description : Role : Technical Program Manager Skills : IT Project / Program Management, Oil & Gas Domain experience Location : Madrid, Spain Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and experience in leading software implementation and integration programs. The candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects, with a proven track record specifically involving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability solutions. Experience with Enablon and e-Cow platforms is preferred. This role requires a deep understanding of oil and gas operations, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the single point of accountability for the Infosys delivery team, ensuring all project phases are executed according to plan and quality standards Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design coordination, development oversight, system integration, testing, and deployment Collaborate with clients to establish clear program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and overall program objectives throughout execution. Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, proactively managing expectations, and facilitating effective communication and decision-making. Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, while implementing robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions. Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 15 years of IT Program Management experience : Extensive background leading large-scale software implementation and integration projects. Demonstrated experience managing third-party product deployments and enterprise system integrations. Experience with e-Cow or other EHS / Sustainability products will be advantage. Good Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge Strong Leadership & Client Management : Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful program delivery in a consulting environment. Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of solution architecture, data migration, integration technologies Exceptional Communication & Problem-Solving : Superior verbal / written communication, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate complex program landscapes.
