The Role

The Change and Transformation team plays a key role in delivering Frontiers' strategic projects by collaborating with Technology and Professional Services (Publishing, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics) to identify operational requirements and deliver digital and process solutions.

The successful candidate will manage multi-functional teams across various levels, ensure project adherence, and drive success. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager within the Change and Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the definition and delivery of Change and Transformation projects
  • Managing projects of varying complexity
  • Matrix management of project teams, facilitating stakeholder negotiations, expectations, and network development
  • Scoping and developing project artifacts from inception to closure (Business Case, Project Plan, Closure Report)
  • Ensuring governance and planning effectiveness
  • Managing project benefits realization
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Managing project status reports
  • Controlling project budgets where applicable
  • About You

  • Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMI)
  • Knowledge of Process Management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma); certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in Project and Process Management
  • Experience working with OKRs
  • Experience in matrix management and solution delivery in dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience coordinating large remote teams
  • Interest in project management methodologies and professional development
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time
  • Problem-solving skills, translating policy into change
  • Positive attitude and resilience in challenging environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Team-oriented with effective management skills
