We are looking for a  CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT based in Madrid.

What you will do

You will develop your work supporting the implementation of projects in clients during the  complete cycle of our projects . Some of your key activities will be :

• Participation in  cultural transformation projects :
• Analysis and diagnosis phase,
• Development of working models
• Change management.
• Design and facilitation of  workshops with clients  and different stakeholders.
• Travel is required , in Spain and Europe.
• Business development :
• Follow-up of on prospects, supporting the business development strategy
• Management of customer relations for the coordination, in support of regional management, of projects for new forms of work and evolution of the current and future employee experience.

If you are  fluent in English and Spanish , you have  experience in change management consulting or cultural transformation  and you are looking for an opportunity to have an impact in the ways companies work, this role is for you!
