MYMOID is a Spanish fintech startup, leader in the payments management market and specialized in consumer finance sector. Our goal is to revolution the way digital business and e-commerces manage their payments and to improve their conversion rates and costs optimization.

Job Description

We strongly believe that product management is a main cornerstone in our business success. We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for building the next generation payments experience for e-commerces and digital professionals. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the discovery, define, research, test process in an Agile, data-driven and user-centred basis.

You will work aside with the Product Designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Objectives of this Role

• Product Strategy : Develop a product strategy that aligns with the overall company strategy and vision.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Product Planning : Create a product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements that align with the product strategy and market research.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure the product is developed and delivered successfully.
• Product Development : Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, developing prototypes, and testing the product.
• Launch and Go-to-Market : Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for launching the product successfully.
• Product Performance Monitoring : Track the product's performance metrics, user feedback, and engagement data to make data-driven decisions about future development.
• Product Iteration : Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and the company's strategic priorities. (MVP Mindset is a must!)
• Leadership and Communication : Provide leadership and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to the cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
