PMS Site Coordinator

At Oxigent Technologies , we are looking for a PMS Site Coordinator to join an exciting international infrastructure project based in Belgium.

As part of this role, you will contribute to the implementation and coordination of a Project Management System (PMS) on-site, ensuring alignment between field operations and technical delivery teams.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Act as the on-site liaison between the Project Management System (PMS) teams and Field Services (FSR).
• Ensure proper planning, execution, and documentation of project activities.
• Facilitate reporting, issue escalation, and logistical support during project execution.
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
• Support communication in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
