Social Media and Affiliates Marketing

Mission
Own and scale Vitruve’s social media presence, community engagement, and affiliate marketing program.
You will manage Vitruve’s voice across platforms, build organic content ecosystems, nurture key partnerships, and grow an ambassador network that drives engagement and acquisition.
You will define, execute, and measure Affiliate marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business. This marketing role will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new Vitruve sales through partnerships.
- Create and schedule content that connects emotionally and strategically.
- Engage daily with our audience (DMs, comments, reposts, trends).
- Recruit and manage affiliate partners; track campaigns and performance.
- Coordinate collaborations with content creators and ambassadors.
- Plan and execute social campaigns around our new product launches.
- Own the monthly content calendar and adapt it to market dynamics.
- Monitor social KPIs, analyze results, and optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Keep Vitruve’s brand voice consistent, human, and performance-driven across all platforms.
Profile Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing branded social media accounts, community engagement, or affiliate programs (fitness, SaaS, sports preferred).Strong social content creation skills (posts, Reels, short videos).Strong eye for trends, memes, sports / fitness culture.Basic design / video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).Knowledge of affiliate marketing basics (tracking, payouts, content collaborations).Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.Passion for fitness, performance, or health industries (highly preferred).Autonomous, proactive, fast-learner, data-driven.Practical Challenge – Required
