ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Orth, our AI-first product that reimagines how growers interact with agricultural insights.

Orth is not just a chatbot—it’s an AI agronomist tailored to each farm’s unique context. Your mission will be to design the end-to-end user experience that brings this intelligence to life in a way that’s simple, powerful, and deeply useful to our users in the field.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and agronomy experts to explore how AI can guide, augment, and simplify farm decision-making . From shaping conversational UI to building new interaction paradigms, you’ll help define how growers engage with a personalized AI assistant—and how that assistant learns from and serves them over time.

This role goes beyond UI design. You’ll be an early and critical voice in shaping Orth’s behavior, trust dynamics, and visual identity, ensuring that our AI feels intuitive, credible, and valuable from day one.

Please note this is a hybrid role of 3-4 days / week in our Madrid office.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, including AI products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric thinking and end-to-end design process
• Proven experience in building or evolving a design system at scale
• Able to balance simplicity with functionality, especially when designing complex systems
• Experience in Design Thinking and User Research
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams alongside PMs and engineers
• Skilled in using Figma for high-fidelity design and prototyping
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, iterative environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
