Sales Development Representative - Greek Speaking

We operate a fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of jewelry, promoting transparency and efficiency. Our team is expanding into new countries, fostering a collaborative culture. Identify high-potential leads through research, inbound, and outbound efforts. Create memorable first impressions via personalized outreach. Qualify and nurture leads into opportunities for BDMs. Collaborate closely with the sales team for seamless transitions. Maintain records in CRM (Hubspot) and use data to improve strategies. Share feedback to refine messaging and customer experience. Generate at least 30 qualified leads monthly, with 50% converting to sales opportunities. Reduce initial contact to qualification time by 20%. Ensure 100% successful lead handoffs to BDMs. Passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field 1+ years in sales or prospecting, preferably B2B Excellent communication and relationship skills Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn Proficiency in CRM (preferably Hubspot) and data-driven lead generation Experience in B2B marketplace, tech, or luxury goods Knowledge of sales methodologies Experience in fast-scaling environments Fast-paced, multinational environment Opportunity to join a hyper-growth scale-up Remote work flexibility Generous holidays Competitive salary and bonuses Entry level Full-time Sales and Business Development Wholesale Luxury Goods and Jewelry

About The Role
At Nivoda, we are scaling rapidly, and we need talented professionals to help us grow. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will identify, nurture, and deliver high-potential leads, laying the groundwork for our success and impacting Nivoda’s journey to a 10-figure GMV.
Our core value : starting with the customer. You will be the first contact for potential clients, creating strong relationships by conveying Nivoda’s platform value. Your efforts will turn curiosity into opportunities and support our growth.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Greek & proficient in English.
