Sales development is a critical process for an organization to build a seamless and efficient revenue machine. Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a motivated and driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a pivotal role in generating pipeline. This involves connecting with prospects supplied by marketing teams via calls, LinkedIn messages, emails, etc. You will work closely with field sales to target key whitespace accounts essential for our growth. Successful SDRs build rapport, understand customer environments, educate prospects about our solutions, and facilitate deal closures.

We have a team of Sales Development Representatives across the region. You will receive comprehensive training, be assigned a mentor, and have ongoing development opportunities to advance your sales skills.

Your Role

  • Identify and nurture potential new business opportunities, growing the pipeline through inbound and outbound initiatives, and schedule meetings with prospects for field sales reps.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely responses and providing feedback to improve targeting and lead quality.
  • Maintain high activity levels through calls, emails, and prospecting tools to find relevant prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, and marketing teams to deliver meetings and qualified opportunities, and build new account lists.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to acquire new business in your territory.

What You Will Bring

  • Less than two years of related experience; recent graduates motivated to start a sales career are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Hebrew (preferably both), along with English.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, storage, and cloud computing is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets is preferred.
  • Tenacious, ambitious, with a strong work ethic and interest in sales.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize sales opportunities effectively.
  • Proactive, creative, and critical thinker.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change.
  • Passionate about technology and innovative products.
  • Eager to learn, coachable, and open to new sales techniques.
  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
