The Business Development Associate is a key member of the sales team, responsible for supporting Sales Managers and the Sales Director within the Southern Europe Sales Territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. This role involves internal and external responsibilities, including managing (potential) customer relationships. It is an entry-level role into Sales and requires travel. The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Role Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team in reaching regional goals and in preparing and closing sales according to established strategies.
- Review sales orders for machines, parts, conversions, or participation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for processing.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors to address daily issues.
- Report sales forecasts accurately and submit all sales reports within deadlines.
- Prepare accurate quotes and business proposals with guidance from the sales team.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products using POS materials and presentation kits.
- Position Aristocrat, Inc. as a high-performance, world-class organization within the assigned territory.
- Keep customer information up-to-date and enter order fulfillment details.
- Maintain current product knowledge through training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Technical knowledge to demonstrate products and respond to customer inquiries.Strong interpersonal and social skills.Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.Creative, innovative, and analytical thinking skills.Project leadership and team participation abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Detail-oriented and organized.Self-motivated.Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (reading, writing, speaking).Willingness to travel up to 30%.Why Aristocrat?
