At this stage of our journey we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our office.

Key responsibilities : Own End-to-End Design for Web & Landing PagesLead the design process from concept to delivery for high-impact websites (Impress and DR SMILE brands) and landing pages.

Design conversion-focused web experiences using A / B testing, performance metrics, and best practices in CRO.Manage and Mentor Design TeamGuide and support a team of designers.Drive User-Centered, Data-Driven DesignConduct and apply user research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to create intuitive and effective design solutions.Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with product managers, developers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align design with strategy, content, and technology.Maintain and Evolve Design SystemsDevelop, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency across web touchpoints, while continuously improving visual and functional design standards.Sales features for mobile and web applicationsDesign and prototype new Sales-related and e-commerce related features for both mobile and web platforms focusing on creating seamless, engaging user journeys that drive conversions and support business growthTreatment-related features of mobile applicationEnhance and expand the existing Treatment-related features in our mobile application improving usability and empowering users to better manage and track their treatment journeysRequirements : 5+ years of experience in Product Design, including leadership or mentorship roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile, and conversion-oriented design work.Proven experience with A / B testing, CRO, and performance-based design.Proficiency with Figma and other modern design / prototyping tools.Ability to turn research insights into effective product strategies.Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with product & marketing teams.Familiarity with developing and maintaining design systems.Fluent in English (written & spoken).What We Offer : 27 Paid Vacation Days to ensure you have ample time to relax and rechargeSick Leave Coverage for when you need to focus on your healthEnjoy Spanish Public Holidays on top of your vacation daysA company-provided laptop and necessary equipment to help you excel in your roleExclusive Teeth Aligner Benefits as part of your employee perksA modern, vibrant workplace where collaboration and creativity thriveA team that feels more like a family, with plenty of laughs and support along the wayA stylish office in a prime location, perfect for inspiring ideas and good vibes
