DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS :
Fluent / native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
