Role |

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2C Sales to join our team in our HQ, Barcelona.

You will take the business to the next level. Your focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.

Your team will negotiate and build strong relationships with clients, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and drive the growth of an incredible B2C sales team.

Responsibilities |

  • Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations,to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Attend industry events to boost Ukio's reputation and build relationships.
  • Knowledge of the real estate and / or relocation sector will be a plus.

Requirements |

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2C sales team in the digital industry or in B2c Telemarketing
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus
  • Flexible, resilient and happy with ambiguity and changes
