Job Description

As a Kounsel marketing team lead, you will take part in every step of Kounsel marketing experience. From social and digital media, and brand strategy to the product marketing journey, you will be shaping product representation and play a part in expanding Kounsel’s customer base. Job Type :   Remote / Full-Time / Long-Term

Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :   Lead cross-functional marketing projects from ideation to execution. Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with teams to meet strategic goals.

Campaign Management :   Oversee the creation, launch, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, digital ads, email marketing). Track performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

Content Strategy :   Develop compelling content strategies for digital channels, working closely with design and content teams to create engaging materials that resonate with our target audiences.

Brand Development :   Shape Kounsel's voice and messaging through compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.

Product Development & Marketing :   Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches. Conduct market research to ensure our products meet customer needs and market demands.

Digital Marketing :   Collaborate with sales and product teams to create integrated digital marketing strategies that drive growth and optimize conversions.

Data-Driven Insights :   Use analytics and performance metrics to inform and adjust marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns align with overall business objectives.

Team Management :   Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear priorities, and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Job Related Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant marketing areas (employment after university) : Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Advertisement, SEO / SEM, Brand Management, and Product Marketing.
  • Ability to drive Marketing efforts on a strategic level.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology, AI, and the health industry.
  • Demonstrated global mindset, with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
  • Proven track record of thinking outside the box and developing groundbreaking creative marketing campaigns and compelling content that set us apart from the competition.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and be willing to build effective strategies to meet business needs.
  • Always informed about the latest trends in marketing and pop culture, and the ability to incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric attitude, and ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and project management skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy.

General Requirements

  • Completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop / computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
  • Ability to work according to busines hours in one of the timezones in the U.S. (EST / PST / CST / MST).
