We’re looking for a Cyber Defense PMO to join our team and support a major program that strengthens cyber defense practices. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, ideal for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Coordinate, track, and report on project activities, milestones, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and updates for governance bodies.
• Simplify and harmonize documentation, including reporting templates, process artifacts, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, issues, and actions to maintain accurate program oversight.
• Provide administrative and meeting support to ensure smooth program execution.
