HR Business Development Trainee

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic HR Business Partner Trainee to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of HR. As a HR Business Partner Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced HR team to support the smooth operation of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Assisting in the preparation of new incorporations, including the acquisition of computer tools and control of mandatory documentation.
• Supporting the management of medical checks in Spain and Portugal.
• Ensuring compliance with the general disability law.
• Assisting in the creation of human resources policies.
• Supporting with global employee's payroll incidences.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Labor Relations. Experience working with Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint is also essential. Native or professional Spanish language skills are required, along with C2 English level or bilingual proficiency.

This is a full-time internship that can last between 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will be able to formalize a University / Business School Agreement (internship agreement) for the duration of their placement.
