Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader with strong people skills and financial acumen? Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is looking for a Residence Manager to oversee their Barcelona residences and ensure an outstanding living experience for students.

Main responsibilities
Lead operations across two residences (approx. 550 beds).
Manage, coach, and develop a team of up to 16 employees .
Oversee budgets, invoicing, payroll, and cost control.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage third-party contractors.
Drive strategic planning and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Collaborate with the Head of Departments (marketing, sales, operations).
Core skills / experience
Experience in a multi-site management role (retail, supermarket, or high-volume operations) delivering outstanding service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on, people-oriented, and empathetic manager.
Financially savvy with cost and budget management.
Knowledge of Spanish labour legislation (HSE) .

Salary : Competitive Salary plus Bonus based on KPIs
Contract : Permanent, full-time
Working hours : 7 AM until 4 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, and 11 AM-8 PM. One weekend in 3-4 weeks!
