As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of a strategy to identify and acquire startups with potential business opportunities. Your role will involve monitoring their progress and maintaining relationships with them. You will also interact with startups, encourage them to join our program, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and solutions.
Your main responsibilities include managing local startup activities, conducting market research, analyzing trends, competitors, and areas for development, supporting the identification of potential clients, and scouting local scaleups and startups.
We expect you to document and track the progress of eligible startups, produce reports on program monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators, assist with setting up onboarding and offboarding sessions, and respond to inquiries from startups addressing requests or issues.
You will identify and attend relevant local startup events, recruit new start-ups for the program, and assist in organizing events or initiatives for startups.
We value proactivity, continuous improvement, and taking the initiative. In 3 months, you will have accomplished using our productivity tools to manage the startup program in your cluster, including onboarding, offboarding, and tech consultations. In 6 months, you will have mastered attending and running events to acquire new startups.
The required skills include good written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Program management and business development / sales skills are a plus.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem is beneficial.
